The Florida Weightlifting Federation would like to recognize Ashley Koren as our Member of the Month for  July 2010   Ashley is an upcoming Junior at Spruce Creek High School. She competes in both High School and Olympic lifting.  She has put most of her focus on High School weightlifting until recently when she has it her goal to be a great Olympic lifter as well. Since then she has increased her total by 18 kilos and is continuing to improve with each competition. She has recently gone 6 for 6 at the Sunshine State Games, followed with a National School-age title in the 53 kilo class. Ashley’s work ethic and determination is second to none, combined with her athletic ability definitely makes her someone to what in the future.   Nominate Someone as Member of the Month here
